dum dum da dum

went to kl over the weekend...dint realize how much i missed nana and singapore (even if it was just for 2 days!). shed my tears and set off to exchange wedding vows with all the unknown "hot" cousins of mine! but i gotta admit, they were quite hot (mostly since they were a mix between indians and australians, americans and europeans).

herez what i did throughout the weekend
- kissed and hugged every single person i knew and even those i had no clue about
- talked about everything and nething under the sun
- tried my best to stay away from "fuck", "hell", "crap", "shit", "wazaaaaa", etc
- every1 said i looked "pretty" (note to fatty and mallu: DONT LAFF)
- every1 said i was "very well groomed" (note to fatty and mallu: AGAIN, DONT LAFF)
- i had to repeatedly sing to every1
- had to endure a HUGEE list of toasts to the bride and the groom
- constant gibberish from the "aunt" and my "tata" who chose to ignore her and cried when i sang
- was completely and totally in awe of the bride's accomplishments (shez 27, bachelors in politics and psycology from Oxford, double masters in politics and pyscology from Cambridge, currently doing her PhD from Oxford, malaysia road scholar TWICE, teaches yoga in her free time AND a classical dancer) WOW!
shez my current inspiration! the groom on the other hand is a cambridge drop-out ;)

though i dino most of them, they were genuinely wonderful to talk to =) felt almost like i was home cuz they were all soo warm and sincere in what they had to say.. one even said she had vibrations about an angel dewelling inside me (well now, that was a bit too much). but all in all, i loved it all and wouldnt mind doing it all over again. one person who really stuck out of the crowd as a wonderful human being was uncle peru (unfortunately, hez suffering from parkinson's). and ofcoz how cud i forget the wonderful sri lankan couple (uncle ambi and suzie) who took care of me when i was there =)

i'm really glad mum forced me to go for the wedding =) thanks mum...u alwayz noe whats best for me =)
